What DB will be.covering him? An do we play Jenkins over the top of him majority of the game? Just wondering what you guys opinions are plus.with Foster most likely being out that's why I put in to account Jenkins.playing over the top on Johnson side.

We are bringing back Jason David for a 1 game contract to be put on Johnson to have him completely dealt with.

e.g. see Cortland Finnegan

But in all honesty, have to put our best man on him. Whoever can take the field.

I'd love to see us play more of a 2010 Patriots-like ball control offense where we mix in the run with a ton of short passes.

Keep their offense off the field.

Our offense absolutely MUST cash in on red zone opportunities. If we do that we go 2-1. It will be an easier game than people think if we score TD's instead of FG's.

To be honest, I don't think it matters who covers him, he's a freaking beast. Andre is the size of a freaking tight end, I doubt Jenkins decleats him.

Greer under, Jenkins over, then play a 9 man defense and pray our offense scores 50.

Tis improbable good sir. Think the Jets would let us borrow Revis for a day? He seems to be the only CB with sucess against the guy. AJ is a beast and I pray he doesn't go in beast mode.

AJ gonna get his catches every game. All we can do is try to prevent him getting the ball in pivital situations. Best way to stop AJ is keep Shaub laying on his back.

I think we have to hit AJ at the line of scrimmage with help over the top to try and force Schaub to throw to someone else. This would also give more time for the pass rush to get there. I am sure this has been done by other teams. Maybe once we do this enough Schaub won't look to Johnson first every down and then we can start mixing things up but Johnson is a beast and if he is not Schaubs first look then he will surely be his second. The pass rush better be on its game.

Try to jam him and blitz the ever living shite out of Schaub. And pray.

tryin to stop Johnson is pretty much impossible, what they can do is cover him in a 2, with safety giving the CB(Greer or Porter) a lot of help. Blitz Schaub a lot so he won't sit back there and pick people apart. Dude is 6"6 so you don't wanna have him back there scanning the field for long periods of time.

It's going to be ugly. I say our best shot at this is actually to shut down the run game to make them one dimensional.

if the saints sit back in a zone and get no pass rush then get ready for the track meet cause we will get eaten alive by Johnson

After reading everyone's comments and thinking for a moment I'm thinking we might have to blitz a little more just to make schaub rush his throws and hope the pressure gets to him like it got to "Cry Baby Cutler"

They only scored 23 pts against the Miami so we should be ok.
