Yeah, the '95 Indy Bowl was chilly, no doubt, but no precip.
In the 1997 Indy Bowl, it was sleeting, and temps were in the upper 20s at kickoff. Even the Notre Dame fans were cold.

95 Indy was a beautiful sunny day but cold as all get up with the wind; 97 was downright nasty! Troy was the wind chill and 97 ND @ TS was pretty nasty as well; remember they ran out of hot coco! ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Icongeauxtigers.png)

ahhhh the 1997 Indy Bowl. there was this dumbass walking up the steps and slipped his nachos flew up in the air and fell on him
