story as i last remember:
-marine brutally assaults his ex-gf
-jj bigger man and lets authorities deal with it
-marine in drunken roid rage attacks a group of lsu football players
-players defend themselves, marine slips and hits his head
-drunk chick who wants to sleep with said marine claims it was jj (even though we all know to her "all xx look alike")
-brpd do terrible job and arrest jj and company without sufficient evidence
-jj suspended from team
-unglesby wants back on team
-lsu reviewing

Sure that's the ticket! JJ is so pure he felt no need to take to police and was shocked to learn they wanted to ask questions. So shocked he hired a lawyer and took 5 days to go in to BRPD.

If I was innocent of everything I would have told the truth there would have been no evidence against me and I would have never been arrested.
Without a lawyer.

Sorry to say, but you're being naive. While in a perfect world police would only arrest the guilty, making trials little more than theater, they don't. As such, if you ever do find yourself accused of something you didn't do, to suggest the best thing to do is to walk down to the police station and sit down for a cup of coffee and a chat sans lawyer is beyond silly.

Yea, sure, that's exactly how this works. I know it's a long video, but if you have some time at some point, bookmark and then watch this video.

You're an idiot. He was instructed NOT to speak about it by LSU and LSU's first lawyer Nathan Fisher.
