I feel the same way, but it has nothing to do with the fact that he's in legal trouble or any of that. He's just flat out not a good QB, I see nothing wrong with this point of view as long as the reasoning is something other than the legal issues.

Why are you wowing? He's clearly saying he wants Jefferson to be completely cleared, but prefer's lee as the QB.. not sure how that's a problem to anyone?
