During those Hallman years especially we tailgated for sure, but you could drive on campus at 4:00 pm before an SEC game and pretty much be guaranteed of a spot near the quad. Often times there were even spots available near Lockett! During this time we would always tailgate in Coates. Then comes DiNardo and a few wins, then Satan, I mean Saban and its game on.
