The house is very close to a 4 lane road within 100 yards.
Best guess? 40k, 50k, 100k? Was curious if someone had done this with a house before, maybe not of this magnitude.
Problem is, you could not get anything for it, so it may not be worth it to sell it and build, it is in Bumfrick-small town, La. Plus, the sentimental value of it being built by g-g-granparents, g-g'ma, g'ma and mom born in it..

I read an article pre K where some one was giving a house away if it were moved. Wasn't going to be moved far, but was still in the $40K range. Of course that was in a city and power lines had to be dealt with and such.
