what are the roads like? i would think it would be expensive as hell, especially given it's a 2 story

eta: process, they'd probably have to split the house length-wise and height-wise

The house is very close to a 4 lane road within 100 yards.

Best guess? 40k, 50k, 100k? Was curious if someone had done this with a house before, maybe not of this magnitude.

Problem is, you could not get anything for it, so it may not be worth it to sell it and build, it is in Bumfrick-small town, La. Plus, the sentimental value of it being built by g-g-granparents, g-g'ma, g'ma and mom born in it..
