So much potential. Such a terrible movie...

You are so very wrong. What did you not like about it?

Spoilers kinda:

The first half hour was fine and had me hooked. Badass little girl...seems like a good idea. But once she escaped from the compound, the movie just seemed to meander around from place to place with 'insert bad guy here' scenes and not much else happening.

I hate the shake the camera, epilepsy inducing scene to give the appearance of action in any movie and there was too much of that in this movie.

The introduction of her genetic enhancements was forced and served no purpose what so ever...other than to give Cate Blanchet a reason to chase her. A girl trained from childhood to be a killer by her father was a good enough premise.

The movie couldn't decide if it was a revenge mission, as stated at the beginning, or a road trip of self-discovery. Both are allowed in a good movie, but the two seemed disconnected in this movie...at least to me.

Last, I hate how she was this super badass in the beginning, taking out commandos with ease to being near helpless at the end, barely escaping with her life.

There were good moments and the initial fight scenes with the girl were great. But all in all, the movie missed for me.

But this is just me. No Country for Old Men is loved on this board. I hated it.
