I am buying a house next week in pville. Insuring about 200k. I was also quoted ASI and safeco. Asi was a little more than imperial but seemed to be about the same quality. Safeco was a descent bit more but seemed to be a little better.

With a 200k home I would feel ok with Imperial.
ASI is a stronger company if the price isn't that different.
