Progressive is perfectly fine. I've had them forever.
Imperial is lower rated, but they should suffice.
I wouldn't put my house with imperial if it was over 300k. Otherwise it should be fine.
Where do u live? Is imperial really the best option?

I am buying a house next week in pville. Insuring about 200k. I was also quoted ASI and safeco. Asi was a little more than imperial but seemed to be about the same quality. Safeco was a descent bit more but seemed to be a little better.
