Made a comment to EA about Lee being a lot better than what he played. I think he's concerned about not being able to bully the bigger D-lines rushing the ball in the SEC and needing to pass the ball more effectively. I think JJ is still his man. I'm estatic for the win, but still think JJ gives us the best chance to win. Lesser of two evils, but just sayin'

There's no choice right now, Lee is our man for better or worse. I think he'll improve as the season goes and the staff learns what works with him.

Unless Les is coaching in the Longest Yard, JJ is not his QB.

Exactly. JJ at least offers a running threat. Don't get me wrong, I think Lee has paid his dues and deserves a shot, but c'mon. Neither are world beaters. All these 'dropped' passes were basically jump balls. Anybody can throw a jump ball into coverage. Just saying still think Miles looks at JJ to start if he comes back based on the comment, Lee still scares him.

Exactly. JL at least offers a passing threat.

Which is what you need a QB for. Why is that concept so hard for some folks?

Why do we need JJ running the ball? He just takes carries away from our backs. When is the last time we had 2 backs with right at 100 yards each in the same game. And JJ doesn't throw jump balls because he won't throw the ball unless there isn't anyone within 10 yards of a receiver. We don't need a running QB. We didn't need to throw the ball last night in the 2nd half because Oregon knew we were gonna run it and still couldn't stop it.

JJ is still on the team, so yeah. Until he transfers or is kicked off, then you can't say he is no longer part of the team.

You didn't play football did you? So I guess you don't understand the extra a running QB gives to a team and the extra pressure one puts on the defense. It's a common mistake that people make.
