It's not really "no refusal." You can still refuse the breathalyzer. They just have a judge on stand by to get a warrant for your blood when they do these completely unconstitutional searches.

Nothing unconstitutional about it at all. When you sign for your driver's license, you are signing the "Implied Consent" clause that says you will provide a sample upon being arrested for DWI.
