Did you ever stop to think that maybe your employer was an alumni of ULL or USL or SLI? I know they can't tell you what to wear to work; but don't get yourself in a bind trying to be a jerk. I agree with another poster. Just wear something else.

I agree. No need to sell your soul and dress like a pepper, but think big picture. If you're the boss, you probably could give a shite about who when to what schools. This was organized as a team building excise and something fun for employees.

I think openly defying that looks petty on your part.

It's also "College Colors Day" accross the country. If you google it, there are articles from all over the place encouraging communities to support their local team. My dad lives in Colorado and its the same thing Friday. Not sure who this org is or what they gain from it but here is the link....
