Lee could very well have good numbers this year for at least four reasons.
First, I think the play calling will be better vertically than what we had with Crowton. At least, that is what everyone has suggested this spring and summer. It only takes a few long passes to significantly increase the stats.
Second, Kragthorpe has been working with him and that should help him a lot with his mechanics.
Third, the playbook and reads have been simplified since Crowton left.
Fourth, there is an excellent chance that the O-line will have improved its pass blocking even with the recent injuries.
