Bisonduck, as an Oregon fan, you more than most should understand what it's like for a first year starter under Crowton. Think Dennis Dixon in 2006. Dixon had 12 TDs and 14 INTs. Most of that was horrible coaching by Crowton. Now realize that Dixon was a JR that year and had played at least some snaps the previous two seasons.

Now realize that Lee was a RS Freshman with no playing experience starting in the freaking SEC with coaching at QB in college only under Crowton. He struggled, and if not for the anomaly of his 7 Pick 6's that year, he'd have basically been Dennis Dixon statistically as a passer (13 TDS, 16 INTS) while also splitting time with another QB.

One year after getting a legit QB coach/OC, Dixon turned into a Heisman candidate and before getting injured was leading your team into an NC shot. Lee doesn't have the legs of Dixon obviously, but only needs to be slightly above average this season to help LSU win. With a legit QB coach (which he has this year), it is believable that he could greatly improve.

Just hand the ball off to ,mixed with some playaction, and we'll be fine. Beat them up in the trenches. Our O-line maybe banged up, but their D-line is young and inexperienced.
