Why is that? I don't claim to be some tough guy in any of my posts here, especially in this thread.

But I tell this sort of thing in real life to people every day. Just like the Casey Anthony people. And the duke lacrosse people.

We have a justice system here. Just because someone is arrested doesn't make it ok to suspend them or make them prove their innocence. Let the state prove them guilty, which will be hard for them to do if they run a prosecution like they did their investigation.
