Duke Lacrosse is comparable to the Shady Four. Guilty until proven innocent. The Shady Four may be guilty, but they may very well be proven innocent.
Duke accuser: prostitute with a sketchy history
LSU accuser: stalker allegations and witnesses who have said he was the one who actually started the fight
Duke case: convicted by national media before went to trial
LSU case: convicted by national media before CHARGES were even filed
