Again, how is this relevant to taking Jefferson's DNA?
It isn't relevant to the DNA.In my first sentence of the post I said they may have DNA evidence they are trying to match and that is why they are doing DNA testing.The quote you sighted I was merely pointing out that if JJ says he wasn't at the fight and his clothes contain blood from the alledged victim JJ will be hard pressed to explain it.
