Well, whatever it is called that is lying to investigators.

I don't know the legal terminology that well. I do know the investigators side rather well.

Actually they were. I'm not linking it, but the report I saw said they were read their rights as a group, and then individually as each was taken to questioning. I'm not sure why they would read them their rights twice though. Any TD lawyers have a clue as to why they would do that?

You are wrong.

If you lie to the police you can be arrested and charged just for that very reason. Case in point, Casey Anthony was convicted on 4 counts of not telling the truth to the police.
