DA's office will weigh the credibility of the evidence they do have and then decide if they will prosecute.

Which is enough for an arrest warrant. And I'm guessing by now the police have found some other witnesses as well.

People are sent to death row on eyewitness testimony alone. It happens all the time.

How do you think criminal justice worked before video was invented? People have been charged, arrested, convicted, and sentenced to death for over 1000 years without independent witness testimony, much less video.

truth..physical evidence like an eye witness and a ER report..I would think if they had multiple eye witnesses then that would be enough.
