What is your deal? Why the hell are you defending these players actions to the death?

My deal? I'm not defending anything to the death. I'm trying to place things into perspective in the face of (typical) hyperbolic irrational outrage. Young men are going to do dumb shite. Some of it, like breaking curfews and brawling in bars, can be dealt with in-house. Not every situation requires a fricking inquisition and firing squad.

True, but if that person holds a leadership position, he would have that taken away because he obviously can't be trusted to be a leader.

I agree with this statement from a military perspective, however, if arrests are made, "in house" no longer is an option for dealing with the infraction. Wouldn't you agree LT?

My experience is that when players break rules the whole team suffers..I dont call that leadership when the ones who did the right thing have to run gassers. That usually happens in team sports to show everyone that we win and we lose as a team.
