It already is the largest university in Florida, right?

Maybe, but if something BAD comes along, like DEATH penalty, then you could see a group of guys get together and all stay in town and jump to USF...
If something like that were to come about, it would permanently put USF in a position to be a perinnial power....
They have large enrollement, great coaching, and if they get a few players, they will start turning the 4 and 5* 's heads more often....
I'm not saying this is to be, I am saying it is as big of a posibility as any.
ALL these guys can't go to FSU and FLa, there will be many 4*'s left!
