Them joining the SEC will help them out and we do compete head to head with talent from the Houston area

it will help them more with kids they compete with Texas haed to head. We only get a couple of kids out of Houston really, there are more LSU alum in Hou than anywhere buy La, its not like we will get no one. Take a guy like Loston who was down to A&M and us, would not having him kill us? I love him, he's a great player, but we have depth and if we didn't get him, we'd get someone else, its not like we'd just lose all the Tx guy's and not replace them.

Outside of the cotton bowl when was the last time TAM was on national TV???? I never see them.

They play UT on Thanksgiving on ESPN every year, and that game was on ABC opposite the LSU-Ark game for years other wise not much, but the Big 12 has shitty TV deals and they have been down, they have some games on Foxsports aside from regional games on ABC

He came to LSU to play in the SEC and because his cousin(RS) came. Not having Loston wouldn't kill us but you need kids like him in your program. If we lose Loston and Shep to A&M its no big deal if they are in another conference and you don't have to play against them for the next three or four years. What if A&M was in the SEC the past ten years and we lost out on half the kids we recruited from that area? Do you think we have the same ten year run?
