Traditions: if ya don't got em, start em.
The March down Victory Hill is one of the best pre-game traditions anywhere.
Music, if ya don't got it, create it.
When TGBFTL plays those four notes, I can't help screaming my head off. Utah needs something, anything, like that.
Tailgating, take whatever you have now, make it bigger. Start contests, give prizes. And have athletic officials roam around and meet and greet.
Good luck to the Utes!
