Need Help - Rifle Length Quad Rail on my Bushmaster M4 Carbine

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best option for the gas block when installing my Yankee Hill 11.5" Diamond free-floating forearm/rail? Yankee Hill makes a low profile gas block but to install properly you need to drill small depth indentions into the barrel for the 2 set screws and I don't feel comfortable doing that for multiple reasons. The other option would be to modify the existing gas block with a grinding wheel.
Any knowledge or suggestions on this from anyone? What would a gunsmith charge if I didn't feel like doing it myself?

Take a dremel to your existing front sight/gas block.

Ditto, I've also used pro gas blocks with just set screws and they are still tight.

Why do you need to drill for the set screws? I'm looking at pics of the YH low profile gas blocks and it doesn't appear that you'd need to modify your barrel.
