I have made some tremendously bold statements.
Statements that are either going to be 100% correct, or 100% incorrect.
I will be the 1st person in this thread to eat my crow and say that I was wrong.
But based on the size of my friends house, I think im on the right side of this.

Means absolutely nothing. Look at percentages, absolute values are completely useless. The S&P didn't even reach 800 until 1997.

There is some psychological significance associated with say 10,000 DJI, $100 oil, and 1000 S&P. Otherwise I agree with you.

Back in the day, Russian posted a log based chart for the DJIA and I thought he was just being a terd. This board has really helped me understand the financial world a lot better. At a minimum, it has encouraged me to learn more about the subjects with outside learning.

Baylor I heard there was a lot of insider buying over the last 3 days. It has been reported 10 buys for every 1 sale. Since your friend bases his projections on insider buying does this change his mind.
