I will tell you what converted me if you can call it that. When Les got hired I was hopeful. He has been winning so I was fine with him. Did not and do not want him to leave.

Last year I fell of the Les Miles wagon for a few game when JJ kept getting worse and Lee kept coming in to save the day (tenn. then Fla. games). I was so pissed at Les at that point. Not for being a bad coach but for not allowing the obvious choice for starting qb get a chance. I felt like a HUGE injustice was being done to him and that made my blood boil.

But after that as the season came to a close I realized that the qb situation was actually handled pretty well. Lee wasn't better than JJ after all. Different yes, valuable yes. Without him we lose at least two more games. But Les made sound choices because he sees them every day not just on Saturdays like the rest of us.

Other than clock management Les does everything else right. Best head coach in college ball right now. Yes I said it.

When u watch Sean Payton on the sideline u never doubt he isn't in tune with the entirety of the game. Now when u watch Les sumtimes u wonder if he knows how many timeouts we have. Lol But His flaws are overshadowed by the fact that he's a good honest man who has a passion to maintain LSU's greatness and mystique . He stands behind his players and always allows them the oppurtunity in close games to make the plays to win. Besides that wat other SEC coach would u rather sit down and have a beer with? Lol
