I am normally a defense oriented guy. Usually better at it than most people I ever play against. On offense I am not usually quite that much better than my competition, but I just couldn't sit back and trust the CPU to score enough points for me so I went with OC.

That's been my problem, I get very little offensive support. I'm starting year 2 of a 3 year contract with Cal, but if I get an HC job offer at a good school after this year I'm gonna bolt.

For some reason they started me with a 1 year contract my first season. Needless to say, you not gone to get a whole lot of better offers than what I had especially with what starters I had returning after only your first year at being OC at ULM so I took the 3 year extension after that. Now I may have limited myself a slightly in choices, but my prestiges is going to be too high to stop the offers from coming. I keep my I on which HCs are likely to get fired, and if I don't get a big job (which I don't expect yet) or a mid level BCS job with a roster that has talent where I can build and allow me just to compete each week in the conference then I am eying the UAB job. It would be a jump up in competition(but not murders row) right by the recruiting state of FL where I could probably earn a SEC job in a couple of seasons.

I started out as a DC at Akron (Wanted to start at a terrible school). I stayed there for two years and then got offered a DC job at Southern Miss (My alma mater on the game). I am going to try a bunch of schools before I ultimately wind up as the HC for LSU. I love the coaching carousel.

im buffalos offensive coordinator and it is tough but does seem realistic. (minus the really high number of interceptions).
