It wasn't a very deep show to begin with but ever since they promoted that chick to lead writer, it's gone to shite.
Who the hell thought it was a good idea to have a chick writing what is essentially a guy show?

This. The writing has changed so much since the first couple of seasons. Drama used to be my favorite character, but now...meh.
