IMO Two corners will be Claiborne and Simon. Two safeties Taylor and Reid/Loston...Tyrann and Brooks as dime backs

Mo, tm7, loston, Taylor.

That's base, but I think we will see a large amount of 5+ DBS this year.

Simon and Reid are too good to keep off the field. Brooks causes major problems when blitzing opposite of tm7.

I wouldn't be suprised if a guy like Micah Eugene came in and demanded pt also. Loads of good prospects suiting up in '11

You don't take you're best playmaker off the field, so TM starts at CB. I think Reid is too good to keep off the field either.

CB: Mo, Tyrann
S: Taylor, Reid

As already said we will see a lot of 5-6 DB sets to get Simon and Loston/Reid on the field.

everything is pretty much set at CB and at SS. Claiborne and Mathieu outside and Taylor at SS. The big battle that will rage on through fall camp is FS between Loston and Reid. I personally like Reid a little more but either one of those 2 could start.

Oh and from everything I have read from the coaches mouths themselves Simon will only come in at CB when we go to nickel or dime/mustang and Mathieu kicks down to NB...which honestly will be probably 50% of the year or better.

I agree that Mathieu will have issues dealing with someone like Justin Hunter. And with his height, Simon would make for a smaller margin of error for them.

But let's face it, if the Tennessee QB delivers a fairly well-thrown fade route, Hunter is going to come down with the ball - it doesn't matter who is tagging him. He will outjump Simon by a good 8 inches.
