Years ago, in the 70's, Barbra Hershey and David Carradine played opposite each other in a sex scene where they both decided it would be better for the movie if they simply did it, and they did.

he probably did, they hated each other, he probably did it just to piss her off.

Boxcar Bertha. They were living together at the time so, yeah.

Also, someone worked on Angel Heart tells me that Mickey Rourke and Lisa Bonet actually fricked in multiple takes.
