The 130 is very good for deer here in Louisiana. It is all about the placement of the shot. I been using this same round for many years. For the best placement of the shot, I put the round mid section high just right under the backstrap. This will drop the deer in its tracks by breaking the backbone every time! No tracking or having to look for the deer. The biggest point of this shot and round is that you do not waste any meat what so ever!
