Baseball has rules against blocking the bag without the ball. There is no catcher/home plate exemption.

Also, the way no one stands in the batter's box irritates the hell out of me.

The neutral zone trap in hockey depends on the refs not calling itnerference. They've gotten better at it, but it still grates on me.

There is not a lineman in football who doesn't hold. Not one.

As long as you stay inside the shoulder pads and don't obviously throw him to the ground, or hold on to him when he attempts to go down the line, you're good.

And it's also an automatic holding call if a lineman gets his hands on the defenders shoulders, even if they're not actually holding
