-Thinks there's some solid players in the draft
-Can't judge a draft for a few years anyway
-Moving into the 1st round is a possibility, anything is possible since he's an aggressive GM
-Won't hesitate to move for a guy he wants
-They'll go BPA
-Some insight on the kinda questions Demps would ask a potential draftee, like how would you react if you take and miss a big shot and CP3 or David West or someone gets on your case for not giving them the rock.
-"What was going through your mind during such and such 1/14 game you had when I came down to see you play"
-Takes cues from Jon Gruden's QB camp in the kinda questions he asks.

He's got a good head on his shoulders. I just hope we can get someone who can contribute meaningfully
