And if these are the most exciting NBA playoffs ever, the league should fold. BTW - it's not. Two 5-game conference championship series ain't the stuff of which legends are made. Though I am very excited for the Heat-Mavs Finals.
This. I've enjoyed the playoffs, but there haven't been a lot of good series. I'm also really pumped about the Finals, and think that will be a great series.
Also, another comment on Griffin's dunk...it was weak shite that he jumped over the hood of the car. Every time I see the super slow-motion commercial, it pisses me off that people hype it up so much.

there were some insanely good series...early
as the playoffs have gone on, they've gotten shorter and less exciting

While I'm being a "get off my lawn" Grandpa... I've got three letters for Blake Griffin's dunk:
Dr. J.
This regular season wasn't even good as LAST YEAR, in which all eight Western conference playoff teams had 50 wins and the 1st and 8th seed were sepeartaed by only 7 games in the standings. Oh, and was followed up by a pretty good playoffs capped off with an epic 7-game Finals. 2010-11 still hasn't topped 2009-10.
