I have a 4 br house that Tom Mackey manages and I haven't had any complaints. My condos are managed by Reynolds Sumrow and Scruggs, also pretty good (bigger job).

I'd call or email to get a quote. I know Mackey handles a few 4 plexes around lsu but I dont know the billing structure.
