Depends on where he tailgates at. If it's between the levee and Death Valley, that could all be flooded since it's all in the floodplain. If this boil caused a breach by the horse farm, the rushing water would easily push out to the edge of the old bluff (Tiger Stadium sits at the foot of it) even though it's north of the breach.

In this scenario, would downtown be flooded as well?
