Jindal is saying that Morganza will more than likely be opened by tomorrow night.
The word I got from someone I trust is that they will open it tonight. That fits with the river forecasts, which call for 1.5 million kcfs at the Red River landing tonight.

Can you confirm this?? IF they do open tonight then they need to start notifying people NOW.....I just cant imagine that this could be true
