NOPE...likely have some flooding, but if they can get the barge placed properly the city should be alright.

Correct, Lakeside and some of the other subdivisions will see some flooding but the majority of MC will be dry.....as long as the 22' seawalls do what they are supposed to

You do realize that this is more as a pub stunt to protect Terrebonne Parish?.....and once the water goes over and around the barge, it's pretty much useless.
