This reasoning is so fricking stupid. Just because Dumbledore has more Wizards to compete with (note: Mortals), doesn't mean shite. Gandalf and the wizards in Lord of the Rings are more powerful than the Wizards in Harry Potter due to the fact that they are a superior species.

By superior species I hope you meant as compared to wizards in the HP world (and not as compared to humans in LOTR world).
