The point you can get a good weapon for half the price and shoot just as good. If he is going to start shooting a ton and shooting completions then I would say buy a weapon like a Wesson but for someone who is going to shoot less than 500-1000 rounds a year he can save a lot of money to buy some ammo to go out and have fun with his weapon. And you prove my point when you addressed the OP as a fool.
