Were any coaches as remotely successful as Tress has been?
If his head was going to roll it already would have IMO.
In the end we vacate wins from 2010 (not the Sugar Bowl though), possibly a 1 year bowl ban, lose some scholarships and in 5 years Jim Tressel becomes the new AD of Ohio St.

Take away the post season ban, add a show-cause penalty to Tressel, and you've probably nailed it.
