I know the rule well, it's what Pearl was hit with.

If Tressel is retained, he will be the only coach in NCAA history to be hit with that charge, and not subsequently fired.

If OSU doesn't have the balls to do the right thing, ESPN and other media outlets will pile on until the staff and program collapses.

It was kids selling their own property I would have brushed it aside as well

Were any coaches as remotely successful as Tress has been?

If his head was going to roll it already would have IMO.

In the end we vacate wins from 2010 (not the Sugar Bowl though), possibly a 1 year bowl ban, lose some scholarships and in 5 years Jim Tressel becomes the new AD of Ohio St.
