Alleva or whichever higher-up should've been disciplined for suspending the entire Duke lacrosse season without giving the three guys due process. They were guilty until the mass conspiracy was uncovered.

Alleva is an athletic director what do you want him to do? Go through her garbage and find the clue that could absolve the players and make him look like a genius. or better yet he could break into her place find the evidence and get it to the right people.

Exactly Alleva didn't talk to that chick all he did was react to public opinion at the time. He just turned out to be wrong like most people.

FWIW, I could tell it was false from early on... Duke LAX got screwed big time because men have no rights once someone screams the R word, especially with no evidence at all... I hope she rots in jail for a long time.
