Reunion is only Friday-Sunday so we feel like it's a waste to drive all day Friday and Sunday so figured we'd leave Thursday and go somewhere on the way for the night. Nothing on the way interests me.. really some shitty options. So decided on Chattanooga. It's short enough of a drive to leave early and spend the afternoon/evening there before going to a hotel.. and it's close enough to Clayton to spend the morning in Chattanooga on Friday and get to the reunion around dinnertime like everyone else

Figured it was something family oriented.
If you are meetin' in Clayton, you must have some moonshiners in the family tree.
And lots of cousins married to each other.
