Had it today at lunch/brunch. A tip of the hat to The Chimes on this one. Absolutely delicious.

I don't know who that is, but I had never seen or eaten Crawfish mac n cheese before and it was everything I hoped it would be.

lobster mac n cheese is not an uncommon item on menus throughout the country. to put crawfish instead is not exactly a lightning-bolt type idea that needs to be stolen.
