a weak bullpen doesnt help matters

i think most people thought that pitching was going to be an issue this season, but the early success made us think that this team was a little better than reality.

that being said, the starting pitching is still quite a nice surprise

i cant believe that i am saying that i miss paul berticcini

Actually coming out of fall ball, I was more concerned with the offense than the pitching. We looked weak hitting the ball in the fall and obviously it's carried over into the season.
