You mean, other than sign with the Tigers, take on one of the most pressure packed college football player task around as an 18 year old true fr cause his team needed him, and help QB an LSU team that has won 20 games in two years and obtain a Top 8 NR???

so the fact we've had a National Top 10 Ranked Defense the past 2 years didn't help him attain those 20 wins? problem we have with Jefferson is that this team won in spite of him over the past 2 years. imagine if we had a compitent QB who didn't need 2 weeks or more to prepare so he could play an above average game. He didn't "attain" 20 wins, but he helped QB a team which did and I don't recall anyone not giving the D their props.

As to GG, if your big stat take from the Cotton Bowl on JJ's performance was "but he completed just 10 passes", then you can't see the forest for the trees and your take of that game is worthless. imo
