Is either one more quality than the other?

Couldn't tell you - never used one even when I bottled my beer. If you wash your bottle out reasonably soon after drinking the beer it rarely needs much extra washing. Even then you can soak the bottles in oxyclean overnight to loosen up any gunk that may have formed in/on them.

I rinse my bottles as soon as a pour the beer. After I collect 30-40, I soak them for 4 or 4 days in a 25 gallon plastic storage box with Oxyclean (unscented) detergent. I then rinse using my water hose and dry upside down...been using a big wire basket w/ a towel lining it. Then I put foil over the tops of bottle and bake in the over at 360 for 2 hours. This completely sterilizes the bottles. The foil caps let me store the bottles without risking re-contamination until I'm ready to use them.
