What you don't seem to understand is that nobody is disagreeing with you about Miles factoring in experience and ability to run. What some people are saying is that those are not the only things he will take into account, but those things do also play a part in determining who the "best" QB is.
You seem to be under the impression that the ability to pass = best QB....and that other factors (experience and versatility) will be reasons that will lead to Miles starting Jefferson instead of the "best" QB.

Not under that impression at all, you are just making that up. I don't know if Mett. is any better than the two QB's who played last year, that isn't my point.
You are assuming things that are not true.
